DIY Spider Gwen Costume - Ghost Spider Costume (Toddler Size)

- With a little puffy paint and some basic sewing, you can easily turn second hand clothes into a cool Spider Gwen costume. I did this one in toddler size, as my friend's daughter wanted to be Spider Gwen for Halloween, but this same technique can be easily adapted for use with a bigger kid or an adult. I did make a free template for this (link below), but if you're doing it for a larger body, you'll have to enlarge the template pieces pulling the image onto a Word document or photo editing program and pulling the corners to enlarge it. If you're good with a pencil, you can also enlarge it with graph paper.
MATERIALS USED:
Spider Gwen template (available free in my patterns vault: thewoodlandelf...)
White 2nd hand shirt
White knit fabric (I used a quarter yard, you may need a half yard for a big kid or adult)
Pink knit fabric (I used an old shirt. A 1/3 yard should be enough for big kid/adult)
Black 2nd hand pants
White puffy paint (amzn.to/3MqjA5h)
Scissors
Sewing machine or needle and thread
Fabric Glue (amzn.to/3fMHATW)

I loosely followed this to create my own adult costume to match my little who is spiderman. I’m not crafty and my cuts/application weren’t great but it’s noticeable what I am and he’s gonna be so excited!

Can you make the tasm 1 suit im planning to wear it as a costume for halloween and all the other tutorials i fould were like all screen printing and like really expensive stuff
Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get it done before Halloween. But I do have a tutorial for the Tom Holland version here: czcams.com/video/vqwnhQfE3YQ/video.html which is somewhat similar, and could be easily altered to make the TASM version. It's all done with second hand clothes and stuff, so it's not very expensive to make.
