Dude is either riding Shimano brakes or needs new pads. Great riding though, by all.
could be neither? my Sram Guide R brakes do this all the time on the rear where I've got sinter brake pads as soon as they get hot
He's riding Hayes dominion brakes, extremely powerful and they're not normally noisy when paired with the Hayes rotor, but I'm guessing his brakes were squeaking because he may have swapped out his pads for more metallic ones.
