I wish I had as much trust in anything as you guys put in your tyres. Incredible how much grip you generate when you hook into those corners. Well done!
full faith.
sorry about the slide out - but that was once again amazing to watch. thanks for continuing to post these videos!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is enduro racing! Dude you were flying! Thanks for sharing for us, hard luck on the crash but long way to go in the season yet, joys of enduro its not over till the very end anything can happen!
I twitched a few times in my chair thinking I was going to hook my handlebars on the trees! It's amazing how you can fall and barely slow down before you're back on your bike again, wow!
🔥🚀
Im speechless! Just amazing!
Thanks!
Wow dude... just amazing
Glad you liked it!
Awesome. Hope you and Jack get your bikes back.
Thanks!
The pumps on all berms, geez amd how fast he was going trough some sections is incredible!
Thanks!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
yesss
Sick run - crash no crash .. you give it your all .. bad ass🎉🎉🎉
always!
That was so unhinged, if I rode like that I would die😂😂. I think that was an over to the side of the bars haha. Seriously super fast riding making that terrain look like it was a walk in the park
haha thank you!
Dang! That was hella tough, long and pedally! Nice work Jesse!
...that's exactly what that was, long and pedally, geez. Rock on Jesse, rock on!
Thanks!
Jesse, how much does the hability to memorize track plays in a racer’s result?
You have SOO much track to memorize in a day (vs DH or XC) I bet some people, even with the help of the GoPro, struggle with this. Are they really disadvantaged if so or it’s not that bad?
Sick run btw! Always impressive to watch!!
I think it is pretty important, but some people can ride really well blind so they just trust that.
Some people memorise the whole thing, others more like "there is that one unexpected corner I need to remember"and take the rest by instinct. I dunno which is better, depends on the exact circumstances I suppose.
Times are so close in the top guys (on such a long individual event) that I was wondering if that was something they all have in common (track memory) and that only pure riding talent/fitness was deciding who wins or not. Logically, the more variables you have, the more spread out will the end result be. Really fascinating to see these close time! Really!! I love that sport!
You cant memorize everything but the tricky or especially unexpected corners are important.
I like how he ended the vid with him having a coronary
hahaha
😊
:)
POV is so mad!
hey Jesse that was smoking fast ! how did you not win that stage. what was your average speed and HR? you left everything on that track!
he crashed a little bit, that cost time. 4:57
I don't know haha, the crash cost me a bit of time, and I made some other mistakes as well.
How's them lungs bro 🥵
cooked
My heart rate is 210 right now
mine is exploded
Is something up with your nose? I’ve noticed you don’t use it to breath.
Hard to breathe through my nose at this pace.
@@JesseMelamedMTB With all due respect, your breathing could be an issue that negatively impacting your performance and health. Im linking one of your peers pov of the same track for you to observe the difference between breathing patterns: czcams.com/video/eICjS_nAkRg/video.htmlsi=E2F4EvoAD9XBlnbS . He also uses his mouth like you said hard not to at that pace, but I think you’ll see the difference. Don’t take my word for it, you should look into breath control/meditation or talk with a breathing coach. Best regards.
🤣 oh God I love CZcams’s comments!
Riding it like it’s stolen! Too soon? 😬
haha too soon
Bro u look so low to the bike!
