I also think he would be the most easiest person to talk to bc yes hes a badass with a bow and defeated all kinds of enemies but also shows so much love and care for natasha and his kids. He just seems like the hero that doesnt want the title hero. He is also very selfless and doesnt care about ego just wants to keep the team together whoever hes with and accomplish the mission

Hawkeye plays the role of a spy and secret agent. He isnt nearly as combat capable as some of the others, but that doesn't mean he cant fight. More importantly, spy craft is extremely useful... It isnt like he isnt playing a meaningful role... He and Natasha are more like the CIA where as the others are like the Army and Navy... You wouldn't fight a major battle with them, but they sure are useful in a major battle...
