@@jibbjb2147 beat in terms of what? Johor's GDP percapita is still far behind penang. Even sarawak, pahang n negeri 9 has higher gdp. FDI is also still behind penang. Look it up in statistik jabatan perangkaan. In terms of economic growth, johor is among the highest in Malaysia. Johor will be the top in 10 to 15 years but for now it has not beaten penang or selangor.
Pantai yang cantik dan banyak makan orang selain batu layar..gelombang ombak kt sini kuat, dgn pesisiran pantai yang menjunam ke bawah..baru jalan berapa meter dah dalam, berbeza dengan tanjung balau, jason bay, tanjung leman..pantai landai
Betul. Desaru ni orang tak banyak pergi sebab tu je. Pasal tu jugaklah Pantai Air Papan dekat Mersing jadi tumpuan.

Definitely worth spending the weekend in Desaru. I stayed in the Hard Rock hotel, I hope they will improve the cleanliness of the bathroom in the hotel room though. I will try other hotels next time. Let's support local tourism.

I hope for the next development they will integrate all of this attraction with good infrastructures and expand bigger with more world class attraction and hotel resort along the coast!
