As someone who has gone without, made homemade tarps, used regular ARB type of awnings, and built in 270 awnings I have had a lot of experience with different styes and was openminded about this. I really like the utility of 270 the most but would really like to get more weight off of the roofline. But $1000 for this is a complete deal breaker. It completely erases all the benefits of this and then some.
Correct. There is a track on the vehicle that it slides into. If you watch the whole video through there will be a section that shows the track and how the tarp attaches.
Great advice. I've been looking at the Drifta hexatarp in Australia, so its good to see a quality tarp over in North America

I like that it keeps the vehicle clean and low weight with the track mount. They should make a zip in mesh screen room that suspends below the awning.
