Nice breakdown. We talk a lot about the importance of deescalating situations in Verbal Judo, aka the martial art of the mind and mouth. Keep up the great work. Shall be tuning in for more👍
Great explanation on martial arts and self defence Budo brothers. Martial arts and self defence are situational, not all martial arts are suitable for every situation.
Super interesting video - I've been in a fair few situations like this (3-4x a year?) and always struggle to know what to do. For example 2 girls being verbally harassed on a tube by two beggars/homeless people - is it appropriate to get in their grill? Its not an easy decision - hoping to make sense through your videos
Sounds like you’re looking for trouble trying to be a saviour. You can’t assault someone for someone else unless they are in serious danger. Try minding your own business.
As a short dude, I would have gone to the ground. Would have done a shoot takedown as he came in with those punches and proceeded with ground fighting. I’ve been training Filipino dumog/buno to give myself more options against taller guys
I feel sorry for the guy. He's not a fighter! neither of them are if watched closely. Had this happend to a real martial artist/Fighter then story would have been different. Tall CFL player gets ass kicked at airport.
This baggage guy may have been in the right to begin with, but he certainly did himself wrong by engaging this guy again and again. Luckily the (guy who I'm calling the bad guy) decided to let him off the hook at the end. Although, I think it was so he himself did not catch a serious legal charge because the baggage guy already needed stitches.
@Gil Guajardo This isn't a court of law, so I'm free to make some assumptions. Do you think the pasty unfit guy who is painfully aware that he'll both lose his job and go to jail for fighting in an airport, would simply strike a lean and mean looking guy without a very good reason? I'm reasoning that the baggage guy was first slapped or spit upon, off camera. Not being sure this is what happened, is why I was somewhat timid about calling him "the bad guy" in my first comment. Also, in this video, who's more bad, as in Michael Jackson saying, "Who's Bad 🎶?
You have a lot of judgment! Saying someone is a piece of shit for not returning a shopping trolley isn't correct and you say things like that a lot. You have a car I'm guessing so have no need to take a trolley if you dont you might think a multi million pound company can loose one to save your already long walk home. They're not pieces of shit for doing that and if you dont like it offer them a lift

Legally you should keep your nose down. Morally you should try to deescalate but it could go wrong in a blink of an eye
Big fan of these
Why wouldn't you show the first video???
Long story short the customer advanced FORWARD swinging, he should have just walked away leaving baggage handler at his desk.
Spot on.
🙌
I saw a homeless man improperly using a shopping cart, should I do something?
Quisiera subtitulado en español porfa
Big guy should have taken stick to the ground

Curious why you’re calling him the bad guy. The United employee threw the first strike. At least in this video.
