@@tusowl Less of a consequence, more of making sure you have beaten the first witness before the second iteration of it can spawn so you can't miss out on an eye.

I think my favorite fleece of the update is the fleece of the cursed crusades (makes you only use curses perfect for your curses only run)

The most OP item in COTL
Here's a recommendation, *Can you beat Cult of the Lamb if your followers have to do everything for you* ?
For example, you can't do follower quests, you can't clean any messes, and most importantly, you can't cook for your followers, meaning you'll have to rely on the kitchen (and will likely have to constantly recruit new followers before the old ones die of starvation during the period of time you *don't* have a kitchen).
The only thing you'd really be able to do in your base are things like sermons, indoctrinating new followers, and setting where a building is placed (but no helping with construction). In essence you'd need to make a self-sufficient cult in a game where the followers in your cult are notoriously useless without you.
No real restrictions during the rouge-like portion of the game, but would make it SO hard not to get any dissenters, making prisons that much more important. Plus you'd likely have to get back to base as quickly as possible before your number of followers drops to 0, would especially be hard early game since you need a certain number of followers to get through each door.
I imagine it would be the hardest challenge yet! Hope ya do it!
I really love the idea but if i did something like this I think I'd have it as "Can I beat COTL without TALKING?" Making it where I cant interact with followers like you outlined, but also making it where I cant get cards, new weapons, curses, and other things making it even more difficult. Though not sure on how I'll ignore NPCs since your usually forced to talk to them... might just have it where I talk but cant use it, since most of the time NPCs monologue while you just stare at them.
But still thanks for the Idea, I'll try it out someday! 😸👍

Yeah I have other ideas, but like Curious Creator said, no weapons is pretty much pacifist or curse only. I have a few challenges lined up but some of them I'm skeptical about since they are near impossible or seem boring
