Nice review on an interesting light! How the extension tube lines-up (or doesn't) with the main flashlight body would bug me as well, and I agree that the price seems a bit steep for just the tube. That remote sensor is really neat, I don't recall ever seeing anything like that before and I can see how that would be useful when using the light in the head-strap. I'd probably just get the light and head-strap and call it a day.
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Yes, especially if the price is on the higher end of the scale. Everything should line up! Head-strap and the sensor, don't want to add too much weight especially if it's being used as headlamp.

I have a complete set of this light. For the price point, It can't be beat! 1800 Lumens for less than $50 dollars, not bad.

Wow looked like it had plenty of juice left when it turned off. But I guess that's due to the camera and how it recorded the light

Great light but the anodization is not that great on this flashlight, that's what I noticed on my durability testing.

This is another review that I did, the flashlight had this high-pitched sound when on Turbo or High. Sadly it's their entire lineup that has this issue.

It's decent, strong enough to hold itself up and not slide down.
Weird but when you tested the beam setting outside, I didn't see anything. Is that vagain due to Recording
That's odd I see the outdoor tests just fine. Field testing starts at 6:04, hopes this helps.
@@eighty.2well than I didn't and still don't see the difference between low and medium. At the moment you stated low, screen is black/dark. Then when you state low to medium, I don't notice an actual difference in brightness
@@eighty.2just looked at it again, I only see 3 modes or there is no visual difference between low and medium. I count 3 modes if I count the changes in love ght strength
You can see it on the short-range test right, 25 feet and 5 feet?
Whenever I'm doing editing, I watch the video a couple of times just in case I missed something, but we're all watching from difference devices so it's hard to catch it all.
Thanks for the feedback, I'm going to see what I can do on my next videos to make it better. I just don't want to turn up the camera light sensitivity, making the flashlight "look" brighter than it is. I base it off what I see in real life. Have a great day!

@@eighty.2 Great review, I just subed. I like the information you cover in the reviews. Especially the step downs. I bout this whole step up including battery, extension tube and gesture sensor for significantly less with promo code. I do however believe the current price is competitive. The biggest plus is the Gesture Sensor, unique in that it mounts to the side and you do not have to wave your hand in front and break the beam and your vision to operate.

That's great that you pointed out the breaking the beam part, I didn't think about that. I have an Olight headlamp with a sensor and come to think about it you have to break the beam to change the mode! I'm going to keep that in mind for my feature reviews.
