- I believe we have all fallen victim to the feeling of depression and tiredness on Monday mornings, Mondays can be brutal especially after an amazing weekend. The thought of having to wake up early in order to beat the morning traffic, and then spend your entire day tied up at a desk can be daunting especially if you work in a rigid office setting.

I love how these tips are all geared towards "routine 9-5 jobs". I need tips on how to survive as a nurse case manager in a busy metropolitan hospital where there are no "projects" that we've been working on for several days or weeks at a time. How about tips on how to deal with a busy,fast-paced, unpredictable work day instead.

I still hate mondays, I always have terrible luck for no reason
I got a tip 9: Don’t spend your evenings only behind the Netflix. Watching tv makes your evenings go ten times as fast than let’s say going to the gym or reading a book.
