you dont need to notarize the VS sheet just input the information and have the certificate notarized
I was told by the registration team, that my application will be on hold till I submit the decision, even after giving them the invitation to register email. I hope it does not affect the 30 days deadline
it wont, they will put your file in pending until Letter is provided

I am not able do the payment for recognition do we have to use the forex card or credit card?
I think this is a common thing happening with the payment. Could be the website itself glitching;
this is a compilation of things people had done to get tru with the payment :
1. try using other browsers, see if it works via a phone or a laptop
2. Using other CC or Debit card, make sure that they have a Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) standard, meaning the bank has a additional authentication into your checkout flow.(ex: OTP)
3. Try making payments on 8-4 Ireland time. Just that atleast the IT team for CORU is on duty to handle any erroe occurence.

Good day ma'am, regarding po sa license and good standing from other country for ofw, kailangan pa din po ba ipa notarize and email verification from the regulating body?
You can have them certified by the regulating body , I friend of mine just sent the COGS from QCHP and was not requested to have the regulating body email CORU. That still depends on your assesor
The letter of good standing, will it be emailed to CORU, by my registration board or should I submit it myself to CORU. And at what stage should I apply for it, it’s before I create account for registration or after payment.

Letter of good standing is provided in the recognition.
Upload it and your school send another copy to CORU
For the registration part it is submitted as a proof of your membership of regulatory/ professional bodies

Coru sent mail to me file completed and invitation to start registration process ,i waiting letter of recognition through these months . I start to apply online for registration, they request the date of approved letter of recognition (i havent letter of recognition yet) which date i should write to complete application now?
May be fill in the date they invited you to register ? but I guess the decision letter is out now anyway ! Or perhaps you are registered now ! good luck anyway !

Usually your university should be able to provide a summary of clinical summary of your placement in their own format.

if you planning to work in Northern Ireland you can use your HCPC, but for ROI CORU is required

for your qualifications in Kuwait, that is not advised and you need to declare to CORU your complete employment from graduation until recent pero its your decision po

Hi,what if I lost my internship logbook?can i still apply for the recognition?
Yes its not an end all be all document. If logbook is not found you can request for a summary of clinical internship which would indicate the hours done.
