Can I simply say what a relief to seek out someone who actually is aware of what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know the best way to convey a problem to gentle and make it important. Extra individuals must learn this and perceive this facet of the story. I cant believe youre not more fashionable because you positively have the gift.

Has the FIVB changed rules without me noticing - why would a caution (yellow card) be appropriate when there is a rotational fault on service on either team ?
Loss of a point, and service, if appropriate, is the correct decision surely ?
Otherwise, if followed to its logical conclusion, subsequent sanctions should escalate to a straight red card (for a repeat offence in the same set) ......thereby wouldn't a team be penalised TWICE for the same error ?
