    If you haven’t taken a class from Rossen, I highly recommend you do so. He’s a fantastic instructor.

    I've asked this question a dozen times on other videos did not get a coherent answer, this is the first video that validates my thought. "isn't it the grip that forces the muzzle up, physics says if there was nothing restraining the pistol would it move straight back, instead of pivoting on the point of restraint, you're actually inhibiting its natural movement which is straight back, the grip creates the pivot point? in a controlled environment try hanging a handgun on 2 strings front sight / rear sight and see what happens", everyone said, GRIP HARDER, LOCK YOUR WRIST, POINT YOUR THUMBS, etc., THOSE ANSWERS REINFORCED MY, AND YOUR THEORIES, thank you for proving my point

    While there is no comment like that yet, it's probably about to appear sooner or later. I've seen this done before by the late great Ron Avery, who built the TPC. Some said he would use weaker competition loads. He proved that it doesn't matter by just taking whatever ammo was available from the crowd and did the same with +P defensive loads. I hope I can catch a class when this blows over and you have classes in europe once more.

    Great tip. Thanks. I tell shooters to imagine from the base of the thumb to at least 6 inches above the wrist is iron or steel.

    Is there a way to ensure you’re doing this? Or is the only way to practice/train this to focus on keeping your wrist tight? I’m just wondering if there’s physical changes you need to make in your grip to achieve this. 👍
