Hate the game, don't hate the player, one can always start a new game and abide by a different standard with different rules, either that or expect players to use the existing game to their advantage at the expense of others.

I’d say do not even hate the game. It’s like screaming at reality.

@@ominousparallel3854 Games are artificial mind-dependent creations of man that come with a subset of arbitrary rules that are required for you to play along, it has purpose for recreational use but it should not hold primacy over existence. Reality is not a game, it is the metaphysically given that we can either respect or attempt to subvert for fictional games with made-up rules that lead to personal gain at the expense of others. At a certain point in time a person must grow up and recognize reality for what it is and act accordingly instead of hiding behind these silly fictions.

Agreed! However, big business back then was larger than the wealth of the country with the ability to u fermi e its own government allowing their existence. See Jekyl Island and the formation of the ‘FED.’ As an example!!!

Elon musk has lost the plot and its unfortunate because he has accomplished a lot in the past. In today’s world its often the businessmen who sign their own death warrants.

Musk is very strange person. On Monday on X he called Maduro a dictator and accused him of election fraud. This is from the same person that says "no way in hell" is Putin losing the war in Ukraine.

Not sure I buy that. I don't think Ayn is speaking with the conviction that she had when she said that any business that hires anyone for reasons other than that person is the most qualified for the job does themselves a disservice. When a large successful company sells a product below cost in order to drive a smaller competitor out of business, that is anti-competitive that is not addressed by the free market. That is what Ayn would call a looter.
