OMG Thank you for posting this video Theo! I did NOT expect you to answer my question in one day! You got some killer tones there my friend! I think I like the GCI Onslaught slightly over the OxEAE but it would be really neat to bi-amp into one rig with the Onslaught for that boost and one into the Loud Box to get that full range and mix. That GVT5H is a fantastic sounding amp as well. Please keep up the great work and thank you again so much!
You’re welcome Tim, it’s a cool idea. I think if I spent more time working on the settings I could have got some nice sounds. They felt (other than the loud box) pretty abrasive in the room but I might have had different results going into my Marshall. I might revisit this in future but the Bi-amp/signal split idea is great: get the best of both worlds. I felt the Onslaught and the OxEAE sounded very similar but I find the OxEXE to be a fair bit more tweakable
