There appears to be errors in your video. 1. When you place the tray channel bar in you are putting them in upside down. The the channels must be below the bottom front bar or you can't put the tray in place. 2 .your video shows the moveable thing that hangs down at the back side but the instructions clearly show it is to be in front to keep the tray from slipping forward. 3. Not mentioned but important there is an open end to the tray channel and a closed end to stop the tray from slipping out the back. Be sure to put the open end toward the front. If your cage came without the instructions as mine did you can find a PDF of the instructions online.
What screws are used for this cage? I need to get them replaced.
It would have cost $2 more if they put hinges on the left side for the doors. So annoying that they are stationary
Has anyone used or using this for sugar gliders or are the spacing in bars to big????

From 2019, only thing I wish would be changed (along with many others) would be the weak, wide wires. Mainly, because of/for rats.

@@pineapple3555 Most cages advertised for rats are too small for them, but most ferret cages are a good size for them.
Do you have to put the middle floor panel in? Can it just be one big cage? With no levels????

GEE MAUL No, chickens should be free roamed during the day and cooped in a chicken coop with multiple chickens at night.
Did you remove the door between the floor to hang up the second ramp?
We recommend contacting the cage manufacturer to ask this question, our team just filmed this "how to" assemble video many years ago but it's been too long and we can't remember anymore. So sorry that can't better answer your questions!
