Here's what I do every time I want to apply Illusive man eyes/change the color of the eyes.
Applying the eyes:
1 - Open Gibbed Save Editor for ME3
2 - Open a save file from your game
3 - Go to the player tab
4 - Go to appearance tab
5 - Select presets(sunglasses icon) and open from file
6 - Click on the Eye folder and select and open the file "The Illusive Man (A).me3appearance
Now the Illusive man's eyes are applied
To change the color:
1 - In Gibbed Save Editor go to the Raw tab
2 - Scroll down to 3.Squad
3 - Click the arrow next to "player"
4 - A list of your Shepard's attributes should appear go down the list and select appearance
5 - Make sure "Head Morph" is true or else you can't get the eyes
6 - Select Head Morph and click on Vector Parameters. (Vector Parameters is where you'll change the color)
7 - To the right of Vector Parameters is and icon with three dots ... in a gray square, click on it.
8 - a small window should appear "VectorParameter Collection Editor"
9 - under the "Members:" list scroll down to "21 EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector"
10 - to the right under "Misc" is "value" Click on value and A, B, G, R appear.
11 - leave A at 1 and change the values of B(blue), G(green), and R(red) to 0. I believe this makes the eye more vibrant, colorful.
12 - look back the the Members: list and select "22 Emis_Color"
13 - Click on the arrows for Misc and value(just like step 10) A, B, G, R should appear.
14 - Leave A at 10 and choose and number you want for values B, G, and R. If all (B,G,&R) values are the same number the eyes will be white, if all are set to 0 then I think they'll be black. If i want purely green eyes I set B & R to 0, and G to 10.
15 - When you're done setting the values click OK and save(Save to file). I advise you to create a new save file, don't overwrite. So that if you don't like the outcome you can go back and change the values again to a different color.

The amount of hours you must’ve spent replaying these missions & implementing the proper romances & decisions to get the right characters to say the correct thing. You are special.
Having Male Shep's dialogue in the video, in addition to fem Shep's, would have been good to have as well. Sometimes the two have different inflections in their lines that give a different attitude/perspective towards a situation.

Actually all you need is a save game config program; these kind of video makers have access to to way more rescources and skill with such things. Hes not actually replaying the mission each time; hes exiting the game and altering the info in the save file (like changing a 1 to a 0 to make a different chacter in the party and changimng a 'a:b' to a 'x:y' for changing a choice in history). Watch some of ninjallama's videos; he actually talks about what you do to make these kind of videos and is a very interesting sit.

These are just a couple I found with a simple google search, I know there are more on the Steam forums and game guides. They take a lot of patience to learn, so its by no means easy just pick up and use, and there are guides on how to use them on the page, for for coders and modders this kind of thing is cake, since you arnt actually writing new code, your working within the confines of existing parameters.

That would make the video nearly twice as long. Picking one Shep and only bringing in the other for romance dialogue was the right call (and making the one he picked be Jennifer Hale was even better.)

42:09 - Now that is actually quite funny, who knew Admiral Xen was quite the comic genius. Favorite. Admiral. Ever.
Even if Tali does not survive the Suicide Mission in M.E.2 to get Admiral Xen in her place here instead, it is weird but also a nice and interesting alternative to see an Admiral of the Quarian Flotilla save Tali involved and see for herself the scale, power and and sheer beauty even, perhaps in Geth design and technology, that is true actually I think, because it does have a beauty of it's own right? Anyway, I of course wouldn't risk losing Tali for it myself, because Romance or not, I might hate myself for it for a very long time and more after, but, still, back to the point, it's great to see Xen as an alternative, be more than an Admiral of her people on a mission, and in the field as well. Because, for all her faults and all, we hear, Xen is not that bad after all, she is actually and equally as cool a Quarian as Tali, in terms of intelligence and wit and sharp tongue and attitude and all. Little known Fact: Admiral Xen is actually in her early to mid 30's in terms of how old she must be, 10 or so, give or take a few at least, years older than Tali, I think.
She's also a sociopath. An entertaining sociopath, sure.
I love how FemShep always hits Javik for not saying lines XD it's like "I wasted my time bringing you here to hear you say something and YOU DONT SAY ANYTHING"

Joker's final line of that mission is a reference to the final episode of the first Battlestar Galactica. In said episode Apollo and Starbuck infiltrate a Cylon Basestar in a stolen Raider but during the escape in order to not get killed by Galactica AA guns identity themselves by "waggling the wings".
Every time I play this part I fuck every Quorian (except Tali) in my mind. I mean, a fricking dreadnaught 30% bigger than Turian's dreadnaught! Imagine how many war points that thing would have worthed!
