- Hey guys! Today I show you how I customized my Adidas Copa Mundials.
DISCLAIMER: DO NOT do this unless you have spare shoes, or do not care if the shoe will get damaged. I have not worn these fully to test them out. I am aware that I may have ruined the shoe.

nice job.. i recently cut the tongues out of old preds and was gonna sew them onto my copas. i kinda wish i had seen this video before i did that!!
Looking at the removal of the last stripe it then exposes where the boot is stitched together?? Surely causing a risk to the boot falling to peices if that stitching gets damaged??
Your alright dude you should be fine im gonna buy some but not take the stripes off but i like the strap you put on there i think i would just have sown them on if i could but glue is chill..and ur right there your boots man

Iv blacked out my copa mundials. Its looks nicer if you have the straps under the tongue rather than over.
Ya but then Is the strap not more likely to rip off?

Aziz Benn yes, but it’d probably be better to add a sewing stitch to it if possible.

😂😂😂🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I never told anybody to this and idk why everyone gets so bothered. They are mine and I have multiple pairs where I did not cut the stripes from copas. Oh and the ones in the video are still perfect. Thanks for watching!!! ✌🏼
@@Egodynamic the cutting of the stripes (poorly executed, you can remove a few stitches to get them out totally) wasn’t even the issue. I like the smooth lines without them on decent blackouts, but I’m traditional and would keep them as they were intended. A friend sent me this video for comment, I skimmed it but not understanding how CZcams really works I’d guess by having an ad at the start that makes your stuff popular? That’s why I suggested maybe brushing up on your poor technique was all 👍
@@leefoley235 sorry I have no control over the ads nor was I aware of an ad on the video. It’s all personal preference. I enjoyed the comfort of them without them. Guess I should make a follow up video with no ads for everybody 😃
