- Executive Council of Australian Jewry Co-CEO Alex Ryvchin says Hamas has committed some of the “most barbaric acts” in the war it “unleashed” on Israel.
“This is the sort of hypocrisy we’re seeing everywhere at the moment, where he [Macklemore] positions himself as being a peace activist … but if he were any of those things, he would be calling first and foremost for the end of Hamas,” Mr Ryvchin told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“Hamas unleashed a war against Israel, committing some of the most barbaric acts we’ve seen in modern times.
“The war that has ensued is just and necessary and reasonably expected from what occurred on October 7.”

Also, in the West Bank, the PLO or whatever gives hundreds of dollars per month to the family of martyrs, so I saw a video of a young Palestinian teenager walk up to an armed IDF soldier and repeatedly stabbed him point blank… as long as its armed resistance towards Israel, the PLO pays their families and what do you think that encourages? Especially if they are extremely poor…
