I've got both and after using them live for several months,,, the UA sounds and feels much better and real to my ears, the Kemper sounds much more plastic and digital with less headroom... having said this , the Kemper sounds better when it comes to crunch and distortion sounds, the UA sounds better for clean sounds or as a clean platform for pedals, the Kemper struggles a bit with pedals cos certain profiles already have compression etc... overall , UA Dream to me sounds and feels better despite is not as versatile. as the Kemper.
Completely depends on the profile. The Fender deluxe is not really a crunch amp, also depends on the IR used. Compare the Lion 68 to any kemper profile of a Marshall and its night and day
