    ⚠️⚠️⚠️ This guy is not a dermatologist, he’s a chiropractor. He is not trained or qualified to talk on this and doesn’t know what he’s on about, or else he’s deliberately spreading disinformation. Shorter wavelengths are more damaging, therefore UVB significantly promotes skin cancers; most skin cancers are caused by UVB. However, shorter wavelengths don’t penetrate as deep into the skin as longer wavelengths do, meaning UVB only affects the top layer of skin. On the other hand, UVA is less damaging but penetrates deeper into the skin. So UVA can still also enhance the development of skin cancers, and when it does, the cancer could be deeper in the skin. Regarding tanning, UVB is not responsible for the immediate tanning effect that people expect, that’s all UVA; UVB contributes to delayed tanning whereby darkening of the skin happens over the next few days; i.e. you get darker ≈3 days later. *TL;DR both UVA and UVB can cause cancer. UVA is what makes you tan straight away and UVB is more likely to give you skin cancer. So avoid 10am-2pm. Opposite of what this guy said

      I don't believe you will have any problem with it, but start with a teaspoon daily to see how you handle it. Too much too soon will give you diarrhea. Check out the video's I did on cholesterol.

    Oh no! I'm in desperate need of your help!!!!! I'm in desperate need of answers. My Dr. Knows nothing about Keto or Carnivore. I started Keto ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO as you know and started Carnivore for health 2 1/2 weeks ago after doing Keto and losing over 100 pounds. I've lost 10 more pounds, drink my electrolyte drinks, and Eat BBBE Strictly. I'm NOT EATING EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF FATS. But I have loose... tmi. AND FOR the 1st time in 4 years My Fibromyalgia has flared up!I hurt and I'm scared. It started 1 week into Carnivore. Please help?

    Great video, Dr. Nick. I've been Keto for 5 years but Carnivore for 6 months now. 19 days in my chronic hip pain was completely gone. Weight loss has been slow but I am losing inches so I believe I am gaining bone density and muscle. My body has a lot of healing but I know I am on the right path. I actually crave red meat instead of the chips and sugar that I used to crave prior to Carnivore. I purposefully stick to mostly ruminant animals such as beef and lamb. I will never eat any other way as I feel best just eating meat, pasture raised eggs, and butter. Love your videos, Dr. Nick! Thank you and God bless you! PS... I still drink my ACV with salt (Redmond) as I learned on one of your videos years ago. I call it my homemade pickle juice. 😊

    *Happy to see this video!! Thank you! BEEF always.* Always. I eat it at almost every meal because I feel amazing when beef is the majority of my diet. So healing. Ignore the propaganda from the WHO and the rest of those evil, gas-lighting, elitist thugs. YES... Study the USDA Food Pyramid then flip it upside down and do the exact opposite. People don't know that just because kale, spinach and other veggies contain so many "nutrients" does not mean your body can absorb it. Those who can't afford expensive grass-fed beef will feel just great on regular beef too. Still far superior to any diet high in carbs. When you eliminate grains from your life, you realize how disgusting and unhealthy they actually are. Grains are not fit food for humans.

    I was stalled on keto, even though I lost a little over 100 lbs (thats my recent photo) So I started Carnivore 2 weeks ago after a lot of research, and feel so much better. Im giving BBBE a month even though in 13 days I dropped another 10 lbs, but only want to lose 10 more. IM going to slowly add back a few carbs from veggies and berries only. Im done with the keto bars and candy and keto breads and such. I turn 64 in 6 months And now have 8 Grandchildren to keep up with. 😂

    Fruits have two evolutionary roles: 1. Help trees spread their seeds. Fruits are colorful for a reason. The tree is trying to entice animals to eat them, so the animal will help spread the indigestible seeds so the tree can reproduce somewhere else...the tree can't walk, so it uses animals to help them reproduce. 2. Fruits assist animals by causing metabolic changes to their body so they gain body fat, and change their metabolism to help them survive hibernation, migration, a lack of water, or to help survive the annual winter famine many animals face. That's why fruits are mainly available in the fall. Fruit will not improve your health. It's only purpose it to prepare you for a lack of food, true fact.

      I'd support that, as a Brittle Diabetic, we've discovered Sugar hidden in all kinds of Meats/foods, which should be free of it... It's ridiculous that you can't buy a frozen Turkey or Italian sausage without finding hidden Sugar. It's especially horrendous that these companies can list 0% added Sugars on the Nutrition label of a product, but when you read the Ingredients, Sugar is clearly listed. When you call them up & confront them, the companies say they can list it as 0% bc by volume the Sugar is under 1-2%. I think that's very dishonest. It's also very unhealthy for people, bc nobody thinks to look for Sugar, Dextrose, ect in every single type of food they eat or look beyond the Nutrition Facts for added Sugar in foods. Although, it's getting to the point that one must do exactly that... we all need to be wary & Read each & every food package b4 buying/eating it!

    *Love all the details and research you put into this video!* SUCH appropriate important info as summer approaches. For those who aren't exercising, fruit can really pack on the pounds. (I always think of bears scavenging fruits to make fast body fat for winter hibernation.) I've been mostly carnivore (beef and lost my taste for poultry) with few to no veggies. But when summer comes, I indulge in fresh, LOCAL ripe fruit. Juicy watermelons, honeydews drenched with lime and a dash of salt, berries of all sorts, and much more. Not about to give that up. Never. In summer, I am extremely active physically for most of the day and I don't gain weight on fresh local fruit. Heirloom "ugly" tomatoes from my garden, roasted red peppers, homemade pesto from my own basil. Life is so good in summertime. Happy to see you! Miss you a lot.     I've been eating Virgin Coconut Oil after I found out I am celiac/gluten intolerant - so avoided wheat and started coconut oil.... now I drink a couple of tblspoons and cook eggs with it. Am happy it reduces appetite... in 1998 got a VNS when the epilepsy was discovered on both sides of brain. So I'm happy it is helping cognitive abilities! I think your website will help many more...
