As per Liam Beattie. Stay well away from this type of advice. He gets away with it on open wide roads which are more or less straight with long views as in the examples, but don't try it anywhere else. The essence of his approach is very unsound and potentially dangerous in some circumstances. Also always ensure mirrors are constantly used and particularly before signalling or moving out. Also a signal is of no value if given more or less as the action it pertains to is happening because you are merely telling people what they can see you are already doing. It does not inform them of your intentions.

Clio's are amazing value for money. I got myself 2010 Clio with 1.5 dci engine with 90k miles for 2000 euros. My only complaint is that maintenance isn't made that easy.

Although this video may be useful for new drivers who have lower powered cars such as yourself - I do not recommend it. Myself, being a trained IAM/Rospa Advanced driver the method you used in this video isn't the safest. For example, the speeding up to the vehicle infront before going out to perform the overtake is dangerous, when you actually perform the overtake the speed you carry with it makes you HAVE to commit to the overtake therefore leaving you in a dangerous position. I recommend using the 3 stage overtake (as instructed in police driver training roadcraft) however comparing the performance of your car to my M140i it will be more challenging for you to do it. Also, remember in the correct order - Mirror Signal Manoeuvre. Not Signal Mirror Manoeurve. Always check your blind spot aswell before committing the overtake you never know, there might be a motorbike overtaking. I recommend you watch the overtaking videos uploaded by the CZcamsr 'Reg Local' If you feel I am wrong like the other people who have commented please reply back to me. Happy driving
