While I understand these power levels are from official books I call BS. King Piccolo in his younger version was strong enough to level a sizable section of a city. Master Roshi after training for the World Tournament was strong enough in his bulked up form was strong enough to blow up the moon. These feats of strength would be replicated by Raditz, Piccolo, and Goku very early in DBZ so sorry to say but yeah they're closer to 1,000 if not Raditz's 1200 to 1500.

Manga Kale is honestly more of fusion fodder than an actual character. In the anime she has a whole arc centered around her lack of confidence and the desire not to be a burden to Cualifla culminating in her and Caulifla reaching an understanding and fighting Goku together. The anime sells the idea that Cualifla and Kale had always been close even if Kale didn't realize it. In the manga she's just one of several orphans which, sure, it makes Caulifla look better, but Kale just feels like a particularly powerful grunt. Caulifla didn't even think to bring her along, it was Cabba, and even worse is that their fusion was just so to gain control of Kale and not something that came as a representation of their bond like in the anime.

Another thing I’d like to point out is in ressurection F they just casually revealed it with no intense build up, really made the form more lacklustre than even god or ui or even blue kaioken

Jaco the Galactic Patrolman is also two or three times stronger than King Piccolo. So is every single henchman in the Frieza Force.

You know, I always wondered why King Kai never trained. He could teach mortals his techniques and train THEM to get stronger, but it's as though he's never trained a day in his life. If I were him, I'd be annoyed some random being on a backwater planet was randomly stronger than me.
