Not at all, this parameter has been validated thoroughly and the membrane is robust enough to withstand this step.
Hi For rubber in the pump head is it autoclavable?
Hello! The pump head is autoclavable, however we do recommend removing the silicone gasket to prolong their life. This easily slips off and the colors are interchangeable.

Thanks Michel for a great presentation. What are the differences in validation between the Plus pump and Oasis? Also if we add a Oasis adaptor head to Plus pump, does it push us to revalidate the whole system again?
HI Kalpa. No, you wouldn't need to re-validate the entire system because you won't be using the weighing function or any of the other functions inside the Milliflex Plus. You can run a performance test to ensure the pump works with the new head and supplement that with our validation guide.
What's the lever on the adapter for? And is there a proper way to remove the filter to prevent air pockets?
Hello Sir, the lever is simply to release the vacuum for easy removal of the membrane device from the filtration base. This is only necessary when using the adapter on a manifold, not the Oasis pump. There is no risk of air pockets, as the system is designed for full contact upon transfer. Hope this helps!
so touching for an excellent video
I just struggled on MAS-100 ISO NT for several hours. I watched your video for any hints on how to access the menu that would either let me talk to software or enter a cal / adjust menu. Thankfully you spelled it out on the non-iso that it gave me the insight needed to access those menus on the iso! Thank you for making this video!

How much pressure should we use during sampling?
Hi Gildardo. Sorry for the late reply! The pressure is based on what's in your compressed gas lines. You can use the pressure reducer nozzles to match the pressure in the line, giving you the correct pressure reduction.
You contaminate the sample, how can handle the strip without contaminating the sample?
Hi Joshua! We recommend keeping your fingers on the sides of the strip only, and straight ahead so that they don't accidentally bend onto the media. I hope this helps!
