Greetings! My name is Rodolfo J. Rojas, a 17-year-old self-taught composer and Trombonist from Juarez Lincoln High School. On this platform, I'll share a wide array of my original compositions, along with performances from across my district and various other events I have the pleasure of attending.
Drawing on the basic music theory I currently understand, I am eager to expand my skills as I prepare for my future in college. I aim to revisit and refine my early compositions with the knowledge I'll acquire along the way. Assurance (First ever Composition) - Rodolfo J. Rojas
I want to emphasize that this is my very first composition. It's where I began experimenting and the first piece I ever completed. This does not reflect my current style, and I recognize that it is quite simple and amateurish in many respects. This video is meant to showcase the starting point of my composition journey, so others can look back and see how far I've come. At this time, I had no prior knowledge of music theory and was working entirely through experimentation. I was just 15 years old when I first started this.

This has to be one of my favorite pieces by far. The way you've managed to express so many differing emotions effectively in a single piece makes me so proud of how far you've come to tell your stories. I got chills more times than I could count especially from the finale, it reminded me a lot of Harry Potter in a way.

Your compositions never cease to amaze me - with every composition the quality of your music, the progression of the intensity, and your storytelling through the piece improves drastically from the last. I can't wait for you to get your hands on a orchestra to play your music <3
I love it! I could totally picture this in a fantasy setting. Like the archduke beeing watched as he dances with his commoner bride and everyone plotting how to get rid of the witch, etc.
