I'm just getting into video editing, so my skills and software is still limited. This channel is, and will continue to be, mainly about Royal Enfield motorcycles, though I will probably post other random GoPro videos too.

Testing a different angle. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of vibration distortion.

An edited down and improved version of the Sunday Ride video. I am new to working with video, and learning as I go.

It's too long, it's rather hastily edited and somthing happend to the image quality during editing. Can't be bothered to redo it. It sure was a fun ride though.

Reduced quality, to speed things up on my slow connection. I obviously need to move the camera up a bit and make sure it sits straight for future projects. The bike is my 612cc Ace/Hitchcock long stroke Enfield. It can be seen in different stages of evolution in other videos on my channel.

612cc Fireball bobber. It's a work in progress. Still some tuning tweaks to be done, and a few aesthetic changes in the pipeline, but all in all it's lubbly jubbly pile of awesomeness.

As good as it gets.

A lot of mud and passing a truck in a tight spot. Didn't get my rear wheel up on the shoulder while passing the truck, but I slid past somehow.

I keep coming back here to listen that heavenly sound! It's simply divine for me! Long live the cast iron bullet❤
That period was so good. It's almost ten years. I was in the twelfth standard back then. I can see that Delhi here. Thanks
Nice idea
What's that tek-tek sound?
Ever taken this to ladakh?
Movie like feel
You must be having an insta account share it with us. Want to know more on the motorcycle.
would love to know about the conversion kits
That thing really goes!
Wow its a nice bike
The most beautiful automotive sound is the cast iron thumping away to glory!
is daddy's girl riding it now ?
Top speed please
Superb sound and machine
Superb
I want this bike. PLEASE tell me amount and reply me
How is this 600 cc ? 600 cc was never made until now the interceptor!
It has been fitted with a 535 barrel and head from Ace. When you add the barrel spacers and long stroke crank from Hitchcock you get 612cc
How much 612 performance kit
Missile launcher
hi morten I like to buy ace performance package pls lead me..
Ethan Justin I don't have the contact details any more. Try here: AcePerformanceBullets@yahoogroups.com Mine is a mix between the Ace Fireball kit and the stroker kit from Hitchcock
I'd love to do this someday. Start in Assam and end in Vietnam, through Myanmar Thailand and Cambodia
love your bike bro ..where can I buy long stroke crank?I have continental gt
hamza ali I got the stroker crank from Hitchcock in the UK. I do not think they have long stroke cranks for the UCE engine though. Check with Ace in the US. They did the performance head on my bike, and they have also developed a bolt on performance head for the 535 Continental engine. A lot cheaper than a full stroker build, but still quite expensive.
top speed and cost of kits and milage
Awesome footage!
hi I need ace performance package old lead me...I also send mail to ace but no reply
Awesome power! Let me see if I got this right. High comp piston, high flow heads and exhaust, Performance cams, stroker crankshaft, timing advanced nicely...did you lighten and balance the flywheel? Or port and polish the heads....oh and I'm guessing performance clutch and high flow carb....how'd I do?
Pretty close. It's got the long stroke crank, high flow oil pump and belt primary with a dry racing clutch from Hitchcock. It also have a 535 cylinder, magnum cams, high comp piston and the Fireball head from Ace. It has a 32mm Mikuni flat slide carb and a Megaphone "muffler". The 535 cylinder and the long stroke crank adds up to 612cc.
Morten Sundal Thanks! You've built a magnificent bike! And made a great video too!
Morten Sundal top speed milage
Yeah bro we are eager to know on top speed and mileage. Share it with us man.
Morten,your bike sounds amazing
I saw this bike a few months ago near Moti Bagh/Anand Niketan with probably you riding it, great job with the custom man, probably the best looking bobber in delhi! where did you get the 612cc conversion kit from?
The head, 535 cylinder, high comp piston and carburettor is from Ace, in the US. The long stroke crank, high capacity oil pump, barrel spacers and longer pushrods are from Hitchcocks in the UK.
Thought as much, wish someone sold these mods in India! Thanks
HI i am planning on buying and modifying a bullet 500 into 612. Can you comment on the performance between a 500 and 612 as i have never ridden one
It depends how far you plan to take the mods. As an absolute minimum, you need magnum cams and a bigger carburettor. That will give you both more hp and a lot more torque. Mine has the Fireball head, high comp piston and magnum cams from Ace. It's running at 155 PSI compression, and should have close to 40hp on the rear wheel.
Morten Sundal around 40 at the rear wheel should be very good. Any idea where I source the parts locally as I feel sourcing parts from Hitchcocks UK will prove to be bit of a costly affair..
aravind t.c As far as I know, Hitchcocks is the only company to deliver stroked cranks for the Enfield. The crank alone is 950 GBP, and on top of that, shipping and import tax. Getting both power and reliability out of an Enfield engine IS expensive. In addition to the crank, you will need: tuning of the head, a performance piston, a 535 cylinder, cylinder spacers, extra long pushrods, a large carb, magnum cams, and a performance clutch to cope with the extra power. Some, but not all, parts can be made locally. Just keep in mind that there is a lot of research and top notch engineering behind the performance kits from Hitchcocks and Ace. A local mechanic will not be able to build anything as powerful or reliable as those kits.
Morten Sundal thats pretty costly actually anyway be can manufacture it here? if we get the specs.
sweet...!!! clutchless shifting??
Nope. What you might have taken for a clutch lever, is actually the decompression lever. The bike has got a British dry racing clutch, on a belt primary.
Ohhh...my bad.anyways keep riding brother.
Morten Sundal total cost of modification
@@MortenSundal you're a rich man, you have this bike in India! 😂
Makes small children cry... YES!
Awesome sound and great acceleration! Sweet bike there...
lugs down real smooth, and goes like the clappers when you open it up. Well done
Hi. I live in India for the time being, so the bike was built here to my specifications. The headlight is an old one provided by the builder. I don't know more about it. The front fork is an Indian made replica. It looks fantastic, but unfortunately it doesn't work in the real world. It doesn't flex at all while riding, but when braking it flexes wildly and uncontrolled. Both handling and build quality is outright lethal, and I'm about to have it replaced by a telescopic fork.
Hi there, Thats a hottie you got there.. i love the springer front fork and head light .. where did you get that from? and how much was it?...
They are original rims that has been respoked with the double amount of spokes. It's done locally in India, and while looking really sweet, a close up inspection reviles that the quality of work leaves something to be desired. (As is the case with most things made here unfortunately)
True about the quality, I bought some for my bobber conversion too and they were up to 12mm out of round. I never noticed until I rode with them and thought, god what is wrong with this. I spent a week truing them up enough to be able to ride. and they were not cheap $600 aussie dollars and the paint finish etc was very poor. But they do look good on. :)
cant wait to do it again :)
