Scrimmage game at Suwanee Sports Academy after the Hardwood Jam Tournament. 7-15-12. There is a story behind this game. The Xpress is ranked number 2 in Georgia, and 18 nationally. They have nationally ranked individual players. And, one of our starters had moved to this team a few weeks back. So, we definitely had something to prove. AAU Nationals Pool 3 - 14U Atlanta Celtics v N FL Spartans

A big win but ended up our big finish when the Spartans and their fans decided to have a brawl after we won. Too bad I didn't get any of that on tape. AAU Zero Tolerance = both teams DQ. The thug parents stormed the floor and wanted to fight our players. It was scary. Disney was totally unprepared.

A few clips from today's games at Kennesaw State. Last one is a nice breakaway dunk vs Pace JV. Brent is a rising Freshman at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School in Atlanta, GA. Brent is 6'5" and turned 14 in March. He plays AAU ball with the 14U Atlanta Celtics.

Russell wins his heat and places 9th overall in the 400m dash at the Georgia Middleschool State Track Meet. This run qualifies him for the final today. I think his time was 55.7 which is about 1second faster than his win at regionals. Keep your fingers crossed for him at 4pm today.

Russell's first time doing the 400m dash. He's run the 4x400 before. Here he wins first place at the regional track meet. I think this time is 3 seconds better than his previous best. Too bad the camera man is not very steady...

I’m in 8th grade and I run a 54 400 and if there’s any tips I could give to this already amazing runner it would be 1 to work on his start with his speed I might even put him in on a block just to get a feel for it 2 straighten up his form kids who are already fast can be so much more deadly with a nice form keep the shoulders relaxed pump the arms in a straight motion and run up on your toes 3 get you some spikes already b you could seconds off that time with spikes and lastly get some endurance training if you can keep your sprint up the whole time you will be a deadly 400 runner keep up the good work my man

Krypto it's cause u can't do it...there's no way at all that u can beat the best male athletes in Ontario (ofsaa) when u r in grade 7...if u live in Canada and u can run that fast in grade 7...U should be sponsored or recognized for it
You can't prove that I can't. Also I'm not in Canada, I'm in the U.S. I would be recognized if my school had a track team, but they don't. The school I go to used to have a track team but they couldn't afford to keep up paying for the track they had so they made the school smaller and in a different location so it's cheaper. I was hyped to go to this high school until I found out about this and I was like whatever this is gonna be the same as middle school.
