I love the intent vs action conversation! I think a factor that is less spoken about is 'impact'. Intent and action can be lost in translation if the impact on the person is not how we intended. Just a gentle reminder to think about how what we say and do will be received by others ✨️ Not to change ourselves for others necessary but to try our best to ensure that the impact we have on others is not harmful
