READ IN FULL, PLEASE Is it necessary to built Amaravathi, with 1 lakh Crores, on Alluvial soil. All these buildings are subject to Subsidence. We can stop floods, we can not stop rain. During rain, water gets seepage into underground and loosen Raft foundation. So, this Amaravathi is not viable. If you look Topography of Krishna river around Amaravathi. Krishna river is like an Arch, not straight river. Amaravathi is being built inside Arch. And, hence, Amaravathi is subject to Flood Water & rain water & Subsidence. In 2023, Chennai city and Airport was flooded. Similarly, Amaravathi gets flooded, causing havoc. To maintain Amaravathi, we need Check Dams, Water Pumps to divert water, very deep raft foundation. All these infrastructure burdens on people taxes & environment. Also, in Amaravathi, all the buildings are temporary. So, we can build new Capital around Vijayawada or Tirupati, with minimum money, less environmental, ecological damage. To build 6 buildings, Assembly, Secretariat, High Court, CM House, Governor House, MLAs Hostel, we need 200 crores in 100 acres. Cheap and Best. Vijayawada or Tirupati has all necessary infrastructure, like Airports, universities. So TDP Government must have morality and ethics, to build capital city in Vijayawada or Tirupati Vijayawada is near hill & on Rock foundation. Best city is Tirupati, because, Tirupati is away from Sea, hence, less prone to Cyclones & rain. In 2023 December 1st week, due to cyclone “Michaung”, Amaravathi was flooded. TDP government must realize, that, during this tenure, before 2029, Amaravathi Will be flooded and will have NEGATIVE image & consequences in 2029 elections. Amaravathi is Real Estate venture, in the disguise of Capital city. During early days, Farmers were reluctant to give land. Then, CBN took these farmers in special plane to Singapore and hypnotized the farmers and confiscated the land. Also, the farmers were not compensated, as of today. Recently, farmers lease was extended for the next 5 years. Tax payers are paying for lease, why should. This is Scrap idea.
