Tram Action in Bern, Switzerland - Siemens Combinos, Stadler Tramlinks Around Main Station 5/20/24
In this video, I caught some tram action around the Old City of Bern during lunch break on our travel day from Wengen to Zurich. Assorted Siemens Combino and Stadler Tramlink tram cars are seen operating routes based out of Bern Bahnhof, which is where all of the city's tram routes converge. Yes, more Swiss railfanning content is coming, things are just slow because life and motivation are in the way. Still, enjoy the video!

Having the entire week off from work for July 4th had some perks. While spending family vacation in Knoebels we stayed in the Bethlehem area, which meant I wanted to try for shooting the LVRM. While I failed at that goal, I was able to snag 2 westbound NS trains within 30 minutes which wasn't too bad. I caught 23G with a trio of GE motors and 269 which had an ACe trailing. Hope you enjoy! Latest run SD45-2 with factory installed LEDs. Ditch light housings included were inaccurate to the prototype, so they were not reused in favor of more accurate housings that I had on my parts bench. Old version of file S0707 used (20-645E3 T) which can be still acquired from the Scaletrains support section for their OEM spec'd SD45 files. Question? Do you know how to add Realistic Custom GE Traction Motor Sound FX for GEVO or AC4400CW. Similar to RRMods and Wig Wag Simulations from Trainz.

Nice video of the mod. I noticed on the Metro North Shoreliners, the alerter is not audible and the bell can't be heard from the interior of the train
I am aware of this issue. Planning on releasing a patch for that issue as soon as I get the motivation.

Didn’t NS change the motor to a 16 cylinder?
Conrail replaced the original 20-645s with V16s only on 1700 1701 and 1702. 1703 1704 and 1705 still have their V20s albeit downgraded to 3000hp.

Except that this is not factory installed sound. Athearn uses Tsunami2 as their OEM sound decoder
