KO Interclub are like no other - a DJ, announcer, fresh food cooked on site and a large crowd in an intimate space - this all culminates to create an amazing atmosphere and really simulates the fight experience.

Such a good video. Always a great event too.
Thank you! We are very proud of the part we played in sharing the event with everyone 😁
Remember this era and blessed to see Greg Wotton, Liam Harrison, Luke Turner, Panicos Yusuf..plus all the other UK based fighters. A great time for muay thai
Is this gym open any more? The website is up but there's not any info on classes or prices, and the latest video on this channel is this one.
The gym is definitely open and timetables + prices are on the website
Damn, this was some bad ass production for 11yrs ago. I know its different everywhere, but I test for my Blue arm band on Saturday and this is part of it. 🙏
Just for not getting the mountain done but I manage to get stronger
I’ve been there the sense is a jerk he slapped me in the face and my bro is better than him
Rubbish
C'est carrément du vol. Julie a gagné
I want to train with you, how can I come to you to train
Hey Mazigh, you just have to register on our website kocombatacademy and book the class. See you there.
You're thé best
I trained at KO Gym in 2014-15. Good level.
Kitchen won. Kelly ate a lot and looked awkward coming forward.
Great highlight! Can i find the full fight of Amanda Kelly vs Debora Doubli somewhere?
Seriously great fight!
WOW! 🥊
สุดยอดเลยมวยไทยกู ฝรั่งฝึกกันจริงจังกว่าคนไทยอีกนิ!
KO Combat academy and Bloodline are the best Muay Thai gyms that I’ve trained at 🙏🏻
Not Julies best fight.
*Some facts about Muay Chaiya* The Muay from the city of Chaiya mainly refers to a certain Ajarn Ket Sriyapai. Ket Sriyapai was the son of a governor who was active in sports promotion and brought Muay Veti fighters (Muay Thai) from Chaiya to Bangkok to promote them there. Ajarn Khet never learned Muay Thai himself. The only reason why he is called "Ajarn" is that he has written and published some (fictional) stories about Muay Thai fighters. Ajarn Ket came from a high-ranking family and therefore never fought in a boxing ring. That would have been inappropriate for his standing. His actual profession was civil servant in the building industry. Later Muay Chaiya generations (for example Ket's school friend Tonglor Yalee) mixed normal Muay Thai techniques with Silat (Indonesia), Wushu (China) and Jiu Jitsu (Japan). For these reasons Muay Chaiya, and everything that comes from this direction, can neither be called an old nor a real Thai martial art. Source: Pantip. com (dig deep and you’ll find what they don’t want you to know! 🤫)
What a great fight. Excellent technique from both guys.

hahahahahaha........Kru Abdul. How many fights has this Kru Abdul had? is a he lumpinee stadium champion? or any champion at that? if you're gona learn, look for a ex-champion thai fighter to learn from, not some 2 bob B class fighter who has no thai fighting experience........ Kru Abdul, hahahahaha
Baba14k 🤣🤣🤣👍🏾👍🏾
some bad arse tunes too!
Amanda is awesome
I loved the lessons at this gym. What really let it down though was the changing facilities with broken and unhygienic wash areas. Also in summer it gets crazy hot.
You feel that are being suffocated near the end of the training session. There isnt enough ventilation in that rat hole.
Dan Frman Yh
good fight.
This music tho
Great fight ! Could you do a KO Gym Tour vid. And weekly videos of personal training sessions?
nice!
Thanks for this. A very clear & well explained video :-)
fair play to greg the best man won that day. amazing fight, but turner wasnt his best, massive fan of both fighters!
Amazing performance by Greg. That was a technical masterclass, imo. Kudos to the other guy for having the heart to hang in there, you could feel the weight of frustration but he didn't quit. Wootton seems more effective as a southpaw than when he is in the orthodox stance.
Does the gym provide mma lessons? A response would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
Habib Rahman no. You're welcome.
It does now
Loved the kick up the ass in the last round , I span a guy like that ,on the street in Leytonstone , he had a knife to me so it was right cross ,span round, front kicked him in the middle of his back , his neck nearly broke and he flew like Superman . Lol no rules when no one around
Yes Greg ,Well done , thought the guy was going to cry when you was elbow the back of him .
Yes Greg well done , more combinations less holding
Sweet x
Awesome ;)
fucking amazing lads! well done!
