The outward appearance of the witch should be reminiscent of her evil nature. Snow White needs to be the embodiment of young womanhood, with her hair and skin tone that of Black and WHITE. Any singing should be performed only by the dwarfs or SW, not at all by the witch. As to who should play the role of the witch, where is Margaret Hamilton when you need her?
