This should give you a pretty good idea of what your capabilities might be after you get this done. Also, search the FIGHTNESS channel for a full 7-level (six month) hip replacement recovery workout program for mixed martial artists that I used for my own recovery. It was effective for me, so hopefully it can help you.

I was diagnosed with Plica like two weeks ago after MRT scan . I remember when my ( now known as Plica symptoms) symptoms started which was more than 10 years ago, it started with a crunchy or click sound anytime I bend my knee. I went to Orthopedic way back then, but they couldn't diagnosed the problem. After some years, the clicking noise or sound on my right knee, it led to me not being able to bend my right knee, it gets swollen, painful and warm with much activity.

I'm an Australian Physical Therapist who's passionate about trying to uncover the root cause of common issues and I've put together a video for those whose arms fall asleep at night. From what I find clinically, it has more to do with neck and nerve dysfunction than circulation itself. If your arm consistently goes to sleep and it wakes you up at night, freeing up your neck should make a huge impact. Here's what I find and what you can do to solve the root cause of this dysfunction. Hope it helps! czcams.com/video/Lm5wAQD2mv8/video.html
