As usual, the food looked very tempting, especially that ziti looking pasta, did you say it was extra spicy ? The thing that impressed me most was the view of town from the sky walk, It looked like a scene from a sci-fi / futuristic thriller. Thanks for posting, how many more are in this road trip series ?

Hi JR, if you ate at 10 restaurants a day in the Asoke area, you will not be able to cover, I think, half of the area total….especially the big mall… enjoy the food….ed

Taco Bell in Thailand is pretty good. Im not much of a fan of Taco Bell in the US but its good there.

I think if i lived in Bangkok i would want to live near the 2 parks. Closer to benchikiti park its so nice there great place for some morning walks.

Really enjoying your Thailand travels. They are worthy of their own channel. I seeing a lot of places from my past years in Thailand, good memories, of my early 2000s doing logistics in Thailand. I was lucky, i traveled most of all of Thailand, minus south on the peninsula part. I have had a couple of those drivers from hell. They won’t slow down and drive normal either, after being told. Riding with them is like you will die any moment in a horrible head on crash. I don’t get it. Even my Thai Military translator would brief the driver and still he drove like a wacko.

The change from city life was great to see, It was really a great stress reliever. I've had more than a few bad trike/jeepney rides in the PI . One of my favorite was with my Father-in-Law. We took a trike from Balibago to Hensonville, and he volunteered to pay. He gave the driver whatever the going rate was at the time, but it wasn't enough, the little creep wanted double ! The driver told him, "If you want that American to ride for that price get him his own trike". My Father-in-Law took a handful of coins and threw them at him. We stood there and laughed while he scrambled around picking up coins in the street. Thanks for the video JR. Hope you guys got back on track quickly, did you ever get any satisfaction or feed back from the company ?

Great video, sorry to hear the ride was horrible. Worked in Thailand back in the mid 90’s most drove like that back then. Scary as stuff. Hope the wife was feeling better the next day.

I always like 3rd person shots where u set up the camera and walk by. I remember going to and from Pattaya to Utapao and though we would die everyday. They drive crazy AF there too.

Ive seen a few of those temples up in the north Nakhon Ratchasima where my ex wife was from.

Sucks that the ride ended that way. Loved the views.
