wonderful family💪
Thanks :)
Thanks again for 50! Let me know if you have any ideas for what we should do when we hit 100? I’d like to do something fun with it. Have a wonderful day!
Hey thanks for watching. I really wanted to share this, I wish I had footage of me failing at the diet, but either way I feel it’s important to share the mistakes anyway. I’m not perfect, and I fail a lot harder than this often. It’s easy when you are trying to film one of these to mostly stick to the diet you have for yourself. But when the camera is off and you are feeling lazy or hungry or whatever it’s so easy to overeat. I just wanted to put in a little reality check, because I know if I just followed my calorie intake every day I’d already be down to 225 by now, but I’m still struggling to break out of 230. I hope this helps people struggling with losing weight that everyone goes through it, just take it day by day, and don’t get discouraged.
Thanks for watching! I hope you all enjoyed these highlights! Experts let me know ideas for what I could work on in my programming! I’d love to hear some thoughts!
I add cinnamon and nutmeg to the eggs and milk
I used to add the cinnamon to the wet mix but since cinnamon is hydrophobic I stopped doing that and just started adding it on after.. but nutmeg sounds fire
Hey thanks for watching! One of my favorite quick and simple breakfasts to make. High in protein and very filling. I used 5 eggs, with about 6 pieces of toast, a splash of vanilla extract and a splash of milk, mix well and soak your bread. Fry in butter, and top with cinnamon sugar. Normally I will make my own cinnamon sugar blend, but I accidentally bought it pre mixed so that will do! Hope you enjoy this delicious recipe! Thanks for watching.
damn bro this hurt to watch
Not sure how I should take that!
Thanks everyone for watching, this one has my favorite combination of the session in it so keep an eye out! What was your favorite combination? And as always stay healthy and have a wonderful day.
Thank you for watching! I definitely need to work on my conditioning, I was done by this point. Check out the full video to see how I structured the full work out!
Hey thanks for tuning in to part 2! Check out the full video in the link if you’d like a great workout! Or to see how I plan and structure my training. Have a wonderful day.
Getting there, man! Keep up the good work! 💪💪
@@baynat0r thanks! It’s definitely frustrating trying to make progress right now. But I’m trying to take it day by day and stay positive. Appreciate that support!
Thanks for watching. Definitely slow going, but I’ve been trying to focus more on my form and slowing down the reps a bit. Progress is still progress!
Thanks for watching! This is pt 1 in a series of 5, going over some highlights from my bag training rounds in my last session. If you’d like to see the full workout I left the link in the related video!
Hey thanks for tuning in! Good restart on conditioning here! Been super busy so content is a bit slow, but I’m working on a few videos for the regular series’ I’ve been doing, so look forward to that. I hope you found this video helpful and have a great day!
Good job
Thank you!
Hell yeah dude 🔥 keep it up
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Thanks for watching, didn’t have a lot of time to edit this but in total I ate about 1978 calories today.
Thanks for watching! Made a quick one today. Feeling super fatigued. Nonetheless my injuries are feeling better so no pull ups must be done! I hope you are enjoying my content! Please consider subscribing and tell me what your struggles are on your fitness journeys and maybe we can all motivate each other!
Hey welcome back and thanks for watching! Look forward to a great work out video coming in a day or 2!
RECIPE Chicken breast - butterflied and cut into medium to small chunks Egg wash- 1 egg, soy sauce, paprika, crushed red pepper Batter- Flour, salt, ground black pepper, curry powder, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder (coat chicken evenly) To bake used 400 degree for 30 minutes flip half way, and used an oil spray to help the chicken brown in oven, sprayed once on top, and after flipping spray again. Chopped green onion for garnish Yum yum sauce drizzle and fried onions to top. Tossed in a honey sauce from the Panda Express line, but this recipe will work with any of your favorite sauces, make sure to pour lightly into a bowl and gently toss the fried chicken for even coating. Steamed white rice - rice washed to remove excess starch and steamed for about 20 minutes on the stove top (follow the instructions on your rice package if unsure) Finally to assemble the bowl use rice, chicken, fried onion, yum yum, and green onion. This is just for aesthetic! Eat with your desired utensils and thank me after!
Thanks for watching! Hopefully i can return to regular uploads now! Look forward to a few videos from my recordings today, coming this week!
Hey just wanted to give everyone an update. This week is going to be slow for me, let me know if you do want to see jump rope and stretching? Personally I’m not sure how I would make it interesting, but by all means I’d make videos on it if people are interested. Thanks for all the support either way!
Keep at it buddy and good job 💪🤙✊👊🏆
Thanks I appreciate it!
Solid, I liked that you were very controlled on the way down
I appreciate that!
Thank you for watching!
For a stretching routine you can check out this video as well! I’ll add a timestamp in the description so you can skip to just the stretching portion. czcams.com/video/6sNbFpU-XOE/video.htmlsi=Hhl61Ygw55RPpaOD
You’ve got the right idea, just work on body control on your punches, and shifting your body weight more
For sure! I was definitely exhausted by this point in the work out too. Hands dropping and all that.
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed this series of shorts recounting some of my favorite combos from this workout! Please like and subscribe if you enjoyed and consider checking out the full workout in the playlist!

That’s awesome! Have you been going to a gym or?
@@YamabukiBushido yes I'm currently enrolled in mma gym at my local town
@@jouichirojordan476 that’s great! How long have you been going?
@@YamabukiBushido only 2 week plus got my ass beaten by 14 yr old teenage girl in BJJ class 🤣 (that girl is white belt with stripe)
@@jouichirojordan476 hey it happens! 2 weeks in just keep at it! I started back when I was 16 but it’s been on and off over the years, I never actually made it past white belt myself. These days I’m just getting reps in where I can. But the goal is to start going back to Muay Thai classes. I’m hoping I’ll feel healthy enough by mid July to late August at the latest.

Thanks for that! I was definitely getting sloppy toward the end of this.
Thanks for watching!
Great job !
As always thanks for watching. It’s getting easier to get the reps out day after day.
Thanks again for watching! I had some particularly good combos here I felt!
You're goated man keep it up!
Appreciate that!

Hope your weight loss journey is going well bruv 😉
Thanks! We definitely hit a bumpy patch at the end of last year, but I’m getting back on track now! Working on a weight loss video. Mostly just trying to figure out how I want to edit it.
Very nice 👌👌👌
Thanks as always for watching! Making great progress for sure. Let’s get strong together.
Thanks for watching! This is part 1 of some highlights from the last time I filmed some bag work. Rate my form or come to learn something! As always thanks so much for watching!

Hey, if you would like to increase the number of repetitions of pull-ups that you can do per set; You are going to want to focus on doing a complete pull-up from a dead weight, dropping your shoulders as low as possible and letting yourself dangle for a moment. If you watch yourself doing repetitions, you can notice how you don't complete a "full repetition", right? You're doing about 90-95% full reps but leaving yourself room for progress. It's going to suck for a few days, maybe about 3, but afterwards you should notice yourself developing more strength and less fatigue with each set you complete. You really have to utilize full range of motion, especially when working with the shoulders muscle group. Deltoids, trapezoids, lats, rhomboids. Then your sacrospinalis in middle-back, inside your sapular muscle group you have the infraspinatus and the teres minor/major muscles. They need full range of motion!
Also, another pro tip! You can literally just dangle on your pull-up bar for 60 seconds - 120 seconds, depending on how long you can go. This helps train your heart into pushing blood up into your arms while overhead. You don't have to do any repetitions, just dangle there for 60 - 120 seconds, however long you can do so without pain in your shoulders. (If you have pain in your shoulders, you shouldn't be doing pull-ups to begin with, lol. That's doing more harm than help) Just dangle with your bodyweight each day until the pain goes away.
At 3:12, I noticed that you keep your arms above your head even after a failed repetition. You are making it harder on yourself by NOT putting your arms down! Let them rest! You have lactic acid build-up with poorly oxygenated blood in your arms, lol! Put them down to your side for 15 seconds, fling them out, throw around your arms at your side, don't keep them above your head. You're making it harder on yourself!
@@RNG-999 I believe the failed rep was due to an issue in my grip if I remember correctly. Like I said in the beginning I had intended to voice over the entire video. Great tips btw! I appreciate the support, however the way I was always taught to perform pull ups was by keeping the scapular engaged, I do dead hangs on different days as well, not quite at 60 seconds. I’ll probably perform them tonight with my work out though. Who knows maybe I’ll attempt to hold longer than 30 seconds as well!
@@YamabukiBushido I will try to find the peer-reviewed studies for you. Dead hanging is HUGE for increasing your overall reps for pull-ups.
@@RNG-999 I did watch a video about range of motion just because I was curious, it does seem like most people do say to start from a complete dead hang on each rep, so I will definitely try to incorporate it. Video going up soon btw!
