France 2023 in the Transit Custom camper
in August 2023 we took the ferry from Rosslare, Ireland over to Cherbourg and travelled for over two weeks in our Transit Custom Campervan.
This video only covers half of the trip as I was never going to get the whole thing edited! 😅
Going back again this year so hopefully get some more footage of what it's like to live in the van.

Unique DIY Transit Custom Camper build
zhlédnutí 23KPřed 2 lety
2018 LWB Transit Custom camper build. Bought in 2019 with only 4k miles. Genuine Sport model with 170 bhp, Air-con, heated drivers seat, electric folding mirrors, sat-nav, Android Auto etc... A much more straightforward build than the previous Peugeot Boxer due to less plumbing and no shower room! Lightweight ply used for the main parts of the build. Diesel heater installed under passenger seat...
DIY luxury camper conversion - LWB Peugeot Boxer
zhlédnutí 53KPřed 4 lety
My camper / motorhome conversion which I completed a couple of years ago. I'd never done any wood work prior to this so it was a fun project to take on! Underslung refillable gas system and water tanks, shower room, solar panel, full electrics. Upholstery by Mum!

    • @Rickbrown74
      @Rickbrown74 Před 6 měsíci

      Hi, just sanded it a bit with 400 grit, covered it in two pack primer and then two pack white to finish it. Two pack paint (2k) is real tough stuff and you can paint it in your shed without needing heat or air flow. Just make sure you've a good mask on!
