I’m going to be doing this on my daughter’s 4wheeler and was just curious how you moved the steering shaft from the bottom to where you placed the tie rods in the end
Essentially I pulled out the steering stem, cut open the column, welded a bung to screw into and that’s about it. Only way to make the geometry work.
I was wondering if that’s how you did it but also was thinking that it might become a problem to have a slit in the steering column if too much water and mud got down into it. Thank you for your video and response. Loved watching yall build this together. So wholesome. Do you have any plans for the rear axle now? I’m thinking about making a new rear swing arm and putting a longer 50cc axle with real brakes to match the width of the setup you have here
@@kyleesheffieldI ended up buying him a gas 110cc Yamaha atv. His sister rides this quad now and I welded a trailer to pull siblings. I think it’s enough for what it is
Can you post the links for the suspension parts and the batteries? Thank you
I’m sorry I don’t have them but it’s all on amazon
Wow. Golden mind. You’re going to accomplish a lot in your life!!

Alguien me puede ayudar con informarme en donde puedo comprar la lona o malla negra?
thank you for making this video. i almost just pulled the trigger on the wrong die. thank you! this is also common on the 03,04. my current r6 just had this happen and Im repairing it!
@@SOCALMOTOBROS yes its an M18-1.0 die.
@@SOCALMOTOBROS im waiting on a new nut because the one I bought already for some reason only threads on backwards. but i was able to repair the threads on the shaft. If someone welded yours on, its toasted.
@@SOCALMOTOBROS if the previous owner welded the nut on, then it neds to be replaced by taking the engine apart.
@@SixWheelsDown Did you end up fixing it? I got a 04 and exact same problem the previous owner welded the nut on but I managed to get it off by just grinding the weld. How do you fit a die tool in there with almost no space?
@@icantcomeupwithaname8925 yes i got it to work. but if you have a welded nut you have to replace the entire shaft. its a goner
By any chance do you have a diagram of the wiring you can share by email?
How you connected bulb in series or parllel ?
For those wondering, the tool is a M18 x 1.0 ADJUSTABLE die.
Hello please can you help me with the circuit of this diy exposure unit
What is it called bro? The black fabric for the vacuum?
How much did that cost you? Did you consult an engineer or architect? Amazing Job!
$50k Yes we got some advice, there wasn’t much structural work needed to be done.
That’s awesome dude!!
Thanks
You are the man!!! I have an 02 YZF-R6 & this is exactly what I need to do! Couple months ago my nut came off & luckily it landed in my bottom fairing, otherwise I would have never known it came off. I got a new washer & nut, it eventually came off without my knowledge & my bike wouldn’t go into gear all of a sudden... i figured there was no fking way it could be that because I just replaced it! Thought the clutch went out & that was that. Haven’t touched it in 6 months. Come back to it and realized how stupid I was for not even checking. Well done sir!
Where are u guys buying the nut and washer tho?????
@@austinaltherr2112 you need to get an oem part usually because its a special kind of nut and washer specific to the bike and its driveshaft
@@coweysmcnuggets But can you use OEM nut and washer? After threading you go down the size or?
HOW THICK OF GLASS DID YOU NEED
He said he order a m18 x 1 from eBay in video I had to listen on a pc cause phone audio was bad. Great video thank you it really help me out and save me $$$$
