How to Make Cookies Without an Oven- No Baking Powder or Soda| Cookies with Fresh Coconut Residue
This is an easy coconut cookie recipe with coconut residue, finely grated coconut, or desiccated coconut. You will not need a raising agent to make these cookies. They are also one of the ways you can use your leftover fresh coconut residue after making coconut milk. Also in the video, I'm briefly showing you how I make coconut milk before using the residue to make the cookies. I then bake them without an oven on my gas stove or cooker.
