As much as the Jedi had their faults and may have not exactly nurtured Anakin in the best way... Anakin still made his own choices and should have known better when the moment came.

That's why I feel Obi Wan did fail him, not as a master, but as a brother and friend. Only for this. By not trying harder, or not having the faith Luke eventually did (who we obviously know was right), he condemned Anakin to be forever trapped by the dark side.

Somehow, she's able to take a total of zero seconds of training or even knowledge of the force, and use it to beat an enemy trained by the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy.. And don't say she knew how to fight because of her training with a big stick, anyone who has even an ounce of swordsmanship knowledge knows for a fact that blunt-weapon combat is VASTLY different from any form of sword combat, those skills don't translate.. Any semi-competent duelist would break her nonexistent guard and cut her in half in seconds, but thats not the case here cause the plot hands her every victory with no effort or work. So yes, she is both weak and a mary sue

I would erase the sequel trilogy. Episodes 7, 8 & 9 are incoherent and nonsensical. What happens after the 'return of the Jedi' the story written as in Expanded universe is far better and true to the spirit of Star wars

Prequels change: Padme helps Palpatine, but "turns to the light side" and tries to change Vader. Sequels: Snoke is Darth Plagueis (If there is cloning .He cloned a humanoid body based on Luke's genetics--and fooled Palpatine. The First Order hated Palpatine for trying to destroy them with Operation Cinder. That scar on Snoke's head is from Luke.

For the sequels I'd change the whole story in general, to something more along the lines of the Dark Empire comic storyline. I don't mind a female main character but ya gotta make it more believable than somebody, with no training in the force or lightsaber combat, being able to beat a guy with fifteen + years of experience. That's like me winning a boxing match against Mike Tyson in his prime with no boxing experience at all, he'd knock me tf out

Prequels: I would make the events of The Clone Wars and other expanded material more evident in the film. Parricularly changes that would make the Separatists a bit more sympathetic and expand on the confusion within Anakin. OG: Get rid of the Luke/Leia kiss. Sequels: It's hard to pick just one thing but the one that I think would have the biggest impact is if I made it so Kylo Ren is an actual, serious villain who overthrows Snoke and becomes the big bad at the end of the trilogy. He wouldnt be the Sith Lord who gets beaten up by a rookie force user at the end of TFA and he wouldnt copy Vader's redemption arc in the third movie. If I wanted to go more story impact beyond the movies. I would change it to show more force users. Give Finn moments to use the Force. Maybe show more of The Knights of Ren and make it clear that they wield the force. Find other ways to add force sensitive characters and just show us how the force sensitive population has begun to recover without Vader and The Inquisitors hunting down all of the remaining Jedi.
