I remember going to their first show back in the day, Battle of the Bands at Boney Junes in like 2007 or 2008? I think I remember Jim on stage saying they rehearsed for a whole year before their first show. They blew me away, shit was crazy. My old band came across the bridge from Henderson KY to play there a few times before it closed down. Shit was good times.

IDW is my favorite band! not to sound cringe or anything hahaha i mean Ive been in the scene for a bit like wanted to see suicide silence on the mayhem tour but couldn't as a 14 year old kid cause i had to go somewhere else with the fam LMAO. knowing IDW in like 09 or 10 i forgot though still to this day i love them especially Jamie because he is so passionate about it, the new track that came out is sick! very IDW. i was waiting for that crushing breakdown on it, as a staple for I Declare War but i guess they are looking for speed haaha. Hopefully somewhere on the new album we'll get that haha. Thanks again guys 🤘
