I've been climbing for 15 years and the fear comes back to me all the time, I feel like I should be able to handle the fear better, but it is validating to see even the pros still have to deal with it.

Looks like a sketchy move with the rope. Did you try bringing up the rope with your foot instead of your thigh for that move? Wondering if that might place the rope closer to the wall and further from your ankle.
