Doing a run down the 1/4 mile flat out will see about 1300 max. Towing a car in an enclosed v-nose trailer I'm right around 900-1000 at 70mph

first gen cummins ran a 5.9l straight 6 turbo diesel. my guy

I've never had it on a dyna so I'm not sure. But there was a noticeable difference of fast spool up and it holds psi better then the stock h1c

No head studs, and i just put it in a box and shipped it to turbo lab of America and told them exactly what I wanted done

It already had a 4 inch downpipe on the truck when I bought it. But yes you could keep your factory down pipe. Even tho the turbo has been modified the mounting flanges are all still the same size as stock. Another reason I stuck with the h1c rather then going hx40 and having to modify downpipes ect.

Yes you could, since making this video turbo lab now does the t51r mod in house so you wouldnt have to send it two places like I did

Highest I've got was 1200 up a long grade on the highway with a quad in the back of my truck

It boosts pretty quick, and I've read the bigger housing keeps egts lower then the smaller housings. As long as your around 1500rpm and mash the pedal theres only about a 3 second delay before I'm at 40psi

Dirty_Kurtis_MK3 yeah I have 2 Hx35s that turbo lab built one is 62/64/12 and the other is 60/60/16 I have the 62 on it now but my egt are kinda high 700 50mph flat 1100 on a hill at 1/4 throttle I’m going to try the 60 with the 16cm exhaust this weekend if I like the 16 I’m going to have them machine it to a 67x76 also thanks

Much louder then stock, I think it was worth the money in style point alone. Everybody always comments on how insane it sounds

@@Dirty_Kurtis awesome, I absolutely love how my truck performa with the turbo I have on it but it's almost silent, one of the quietest turbo I've ever heard and I'm just not okay with that, my cast wheel S 366 at least twice as loud. Definitely going to get this done!

The h1c stock doesn't have the anti surge cut out to start with, so it's actually better then stock, and no performance loss either

Only 25 right now but it makes 35, have to upgrade my lift pump cause it's running out of fuel
