He accelerated the development and deployment of tactical nuclear weapons, and increased by 60 percent the tactical nuclear forces deployed in Western Europe. increased by 45 percent the number of combat ready Army divisions, increased by 100 percent the procurement of modern Army weapons and equipment, increased by 100 percent ship construction, conversion, and modernization program, increased by 100 percent the procurement of tactical aircraft, increased by 30 percent the number of tactical air squadrons, and increased the strength of the Marines. The problem of capitalism is that Western Democracies government do not live under a balanced budget. They are not invested into the global equity markets and are not earning dividends nor interest on investments in the global equity markets while politicians are personally invested in the global equity markets enriching themselves while empoverishing their nation's making their nation's poorer while making themselves wealthier while running continuous deficits instead of continous surpluses that would be paid out to American and Western World Citizens. Governments should be holding companies for the world publicly traded companies which American citizens could invest in. If governments had to live under a balanced budget as capitalistic companies trading on the world stock exchanges answering to stock investors, shareholders we would be better off. American and Western Democracies citizens must become shareholders in Democratic Nation̈s. If American and Western Citizens are not given the voting power in running of their own governments, than Professor Wolf's Dream of a Worker's Paridise run under Democratic Governance is a pipe dream. Before we Democratize corporate governance we must Democratise American and Western Nations voting policy and move toward limited direct Democracy. American Capitalism is not the problem, but American government is the problem. We need to set a rate of savings for government, business, and households equal to 30% of Gross Domestic Product. Government must allow citizens to save and invest money in the global equity markets. Government must tax fairly which is to tax under a flat income tax system everybody to the same degree or percentage of income. The excessive taxation of Western Governments is what is allowing China to overtake America and Western Nations. Government in the Western Nations are the cause of Western Civilizational decline. Worldwide government debt has grown three times World Domestic Product. World Debt in June 2024, stands at $313 trillion which is the left hand of global economic governance driven by government policy. World Domestic Product on the other the right hand is only $101 trillion is the combined income of all nations Gross Domestic Product. There needs to be global economic reform of government economic policy to shrink government enough, by half over the next 25 years to reduce government spending and to increase government savings and to allow business and Citizens to keep more of there income as savings. 7 1/2% as general savings, 7 1/2% for medical savings accounts and 15% for Retirement savings which does not become taxable in people's retirement. We need governments to save more in entitlement programs especially, Social Security, SSI, SSD, Medicare, Medicaid and Unemployment Insurance, Federal Deposit Insurance, Federal Reserve Foreign Currency Reserves. It was Fauchy and the Obama Administration that outsourced the research on the Corna Virus to China our greatest military and economic rival.

Jeff, it would be useful to point out the successes and failures of each of these Presidents. JFK got undeniably better over time. Clinton did some disarming. Baby Bush went from disentanglenent to nuts. Trump had a huge win wirh North Korea then started conflict with Iran. Et cetera.
