Okay I'm going to say it so nobody else will, but you're dealing with women who are very much insecure in their own abilities. All this stuff is petty yet is pettiness is what women deal in. I never even gave a damn about the WNBA until this young lady Caitlin Carter entered the league then started tearing things up. I actually see her play and think she plays like a guy. She has modesty which all the others seem not to have the other rookie in the league I forgot her name who said well they're watching because of me too, that is unfortunate. That may be so but others should be speaking on her behalf it never sounds good when people toot their own horns. Hopefully they realize Caitlin Carter will do nothing but enhance the league and help them all. Even the Olympic basketball coach was petty and still is,not to mention Sheryl swoopes who was the star in her own right, however I never watched a single game when she played, or many of these others. Stop with the pettiness and be thankful you're getting views. Hopefully soon you can stand on your own feet financially instead of relying on the NBA for financial assistance. I have never seen this in the men's league, when somebody with great talent shows up on the scene. The veterans never bitch and complain about how good a rookie is. COME ON LADIES STOP THIS STUFF. If anyone picks angel reese over Caitlyn Clark for ROTY, they need to lose their job. Angel is a good player but CC is a great player. She is dominating players that have been in the WNBA for some time now. AR has the rebounds that she has because they are letting her get her OWN rebounds. Nobody in the paint is putting a body on her. CC gets thrown to the floor almost every game and yet she plays hard and comes out with the W. CC is ROTY hands down. It’s not even close

Fun fact over 50% of Angel Reese rebounds are from her own misses. 38% FG when 90% of your shot selection is in the paint is abysmal for any standard. Doesn't matter how many 2nd chance shots you get. Now don't get me wrong, CC shooting is only 42% which isn't amazing or much better, but she's averaging 2 more shots per game than Angel while ALSO facilitating her team.

What's mind boggling to me, is these analysts and commentators doubting and hating on Caitlin Clark, wouldn't even have a slot on the air without Clark right now.

Grabbing rebounds doesn't make AR a game changer. On the contrary, AR's numerous offensive rebounds are due to her inability to score easy points out of the paint, while CC has already surpassed the 100 three-point shot mark in just 34 games and notched her second triple-double, not to mention all the other records she has set and continues to set as a rookie. If AR was scoring efficiently and effectively, she wouldn't be getting half of her double-doubles. AR leads the WNBA in stat padding at best, while CC excels in every category. Let's face it, comparing AR to CC is like comparing an assembly line cook to a world class chef. Both are in the kitchen, but only one cooks Michelin dishes!

ROY & MVP in my humble opinion. Not because of popularity or because of excitement of people in the arena. Her stats backup the claims, and her team's performance and current place in the standings says it all. The Fever, who I didnt even know they were a basketball team until CC, have been bad, like historically bad franchise for a long time. This electric player comes and is now helping her teammates- who are also helping her- get better and this franchise into a potential scrap for a playoff run, and we have people giving the ROY to a player that really does nothing for her teammates but whine to them... naaaah, stats and attitude AND TEAM performance gives the accolades to Clark. A big grabbing rebounds and shooting poorly can be done from game 1. Learning how the pro game actually works takes time. Angel Reese can put up 13 and 10 for the rest of her career. She's never gonna put up 25 and 10. Clark is learning the entire game. She's gonna get better every game for the next several years before she gives these kids an idea of what watching MJ was like.
