Medical box…lol. Fist day I removed the cabinet door to the refrigerator (depressing two small tabs on hinges) and stored under bed. Fridge stayed stayed nicely cold the whole trip. Also when we were out of the room I would direct our fan (brought ourselves) to the fridge area to circulate air. Worked great. Keep the door on the cabinet closed and it will never cool to 40 degrees.

Complaining about the outhouse smell lol, first time using one? 🙄

Would you recommend bug spray? And would binoculars be worth the extra weight? Is there enough to see with them?

Unfortunately as much as I would like to buy an Away suitcase their smaller size is still too big for Air Transat….the airline we use to cruise with….their measurements are 20inch high x 16 inch wide and personal item is 12inch high by 17inch wide. These measurements make it a real challenge to go carryon only…..but the hardest is finding a 20 inch suitcase. I was able to find a 14, an 18 but not a 20inch….I travel with a 22 inch or 24 inch depending on the destinations and if the cruise is 7 or 10 days.

I definitely have a problem with shoes! I usually pack in the summer flip flops, sandals, sneakers and shoes sometimes? It’s not always easy for me to find small shoes! I always need a 6w at least so that’s always a problem

No one so far in their videos are following the instructions. You spray the fabric evenly in a sweeping motion, smooth and pull fabric as required and finally you let it dry not using a hair dryer.

Super basic. I love it. I’ve been researching light/minimalist packing for cruises. It’s nice to know that other people aren’t bringing sewing kits, first aid kits, and other miscellaneous items that likely won’t get used! 😏

This video is from a while back, but your story about the "medical box" made me chuckle. We cruised on the Conquest a few weeks ago and were disappointed our beverages were room temperature. A call to the room steward led to his rushing off to find a replacement. That did the trick. No mention of our having a medical box. Sounds preposterous.

I am with you 100% on the shoes. GREAT video. Trying hard to pack for a 14 day cruise, with all my “stuff” in carry on only. Shoes are the main problem. And toiletries. I am putting together a workaround for the toiletries using bead containers from Hobby Lobby.
