Oh my so when i first saw this episode i was really little like 3-4 and for the longest time i had the ODDEST memorie that almost seemed like a fever dream. Unbeknownst to me it was muffies monsters and ballerina dancing come to life lol but i remembered buts and pieces of the song lol i remembered the monsters going "boompa boompa oiii oiiiii,!". But i thought i was just making it up until this epiosde came on and immediately rhe most eary nostalgic clusterfuxk of memories just cascaded it was nuts..i. Realized i wasnt two squirrels short of a Nut sack whixh is good lol!!! This story has been long winded and run on sentences im sorry it was just ine huge long singular thought.... BOOPA BOOOPA BOOPA,!!

So my parents got this album when I was six yrs old.1992. And this is 1 of my 1st albums i bought as CD to reenter in my collection. I listen to this daily still. I love Only By Grace and Heal our land. These songs are still very anointed. So since i got married my worship songs are played in my husbands car and he has now gravitated towards them and humms and sings them too. Shine Jesus Shine we had the dancers come down the aisle with vertical banners in our church. Living Word Christian Centre led by Nelson Sammy. I love Crown Him album also. One thing about Graham was his ability to transcend through the denominations because up to this day the Catholics still sing the songs. I love the keys Tom Brooks adds to Shine Jesus Shine also. Its very signature. We had walk athons to that song as well. Ive enjoyed Graham at Prom Praise as well. The land belongs to the *indigenous and these politicians who are descendants of the European colonizers who stole their land through genocide have the nerve to have said they couldn't self govern because it would lead to land claims. That joker didn't get that the land was the Indigenous' land not his or anybody else's.

If this was not a show...Sam would have told Phil to hand over his flask and Phil would have gotten it back when hes ready leave!!! Phil having the flask in his pocket made it so easy for him to sneak drinks!!!! Sam was only saying what was on the script......if it was not scripted sam would have said "we don't allow drinking in the store...its a store policy..... so I'd appreciate it if you'd hand over your flask and you'll get it back when you leave......."

Phil reminds me of a non-alcohalic Gus from the episode Friends!!! Gus and Sam re-met after several yrs after sailing.....same with Phil and Sam who re-met after so many yrs....

Phil / Gerry uses his "drunk/alcohal" voice at 4:24 when he says "No thanks I can manage!".........more forshadowing!!!

I applaud Canada (and other foreign countries) for tackling topics like alcohol abuse in an unapologetically blunt manner. Here in America, they would sweep thar under the rug. Barney the Dinosaur for instance. You would never see him tackle alcoholism. It would go something like "Barney, my mom's an alcoholic" with Barney replying with "Oh boy, that's baaaaaad, but let's sing a happy song about it! Hoo-hoo" or something insulting to that extent. Point is, other countries 7 out of 10 times do Kid's Shows better than we do. And this is one of those examples

I love Marty's Hosanna Integrity music. His songs got me through some tough times. They were such a comforting presence in my life.

If I remember right, they were talking about recording Be Magnified at Kingdom Bound but the logistics weren't quite right! So I think they recorded it the week after

Brings back so many memories as a kid sneaking down to the living room watch late night tv and movies till 3am

It reminds me of my old school days of playing cassette and VHS, even before CDs and DVDs. But most of all it reminds me of sweet time of worship and fellowship with beautiful songs by Bob Fitts and the likes of other worship leaders and song writers of the 80s 90s and 2000. Do kids REALLY need to be taught about hazardous waste disposal? This was an era before adult cartoons were a thing. So, adults would never take it seriously. Especially if it means paying extra money for a disposal fee.

Wow. I remember Kent Henry coming to Memphis TN for a night of Worship and an all day Saturday of teaching right around 1990 something. I was a piano/keyboard player but lead standing up with someone else playing. the Pastor wanted me to lead standing up front, as he thought i was more effective that way. The Pastor also attended that worship weekend. After seeing Kent, The next Sunday I was on the grand piano leading worship. Danny Chambers eventually came to our church leading from keyboards standing up. That was the next transition i made leading worship. These guys were pioneers of modern worship at that time and the simplicity of open worship simply using the I & IV chords have still prevailed to this day. Man i so looked forward to those cassettes and songbooks. We did not have youtube to help us learn to play those songs. Man this is a great interview.

I was mesmerized by the transformation of this guy. It was a disturbing ethical question bringing a mannequin to life and then putting him back to his nonexistent state. Then Showbiz Pizza Place was another similar dilemma. They froze behind the curtain.

Makes me wonder if "The Promised Planet" made the list... (what I call Penny's TRIPPY dancing episode). On either Sci-Fi in the USA or THIS channel.

It has always been my prayer to meet Dr. Ron Kenoly and just hug him and say thank you. I was part of the mass choir that sang with him when he came to Ghana in the 90s . His music has guide in my Christian life over the years. He is my favorite gospel singer.
