One funny thing you'll notice here too. In a sense, the entire dialogue is in english, and both frenchy and Arthur understand each other. The three guys standing by frenchy, then get told in an aside, "I told them I already got one", which I think is supposed to be spoken in real french, but it makes it silly, since he's talking in English the whole time, and then turns to them in english too. Then he later tells them to get the cow, which I guess was real french. So apparently all four of the frenchies understand both languages, yet he's clearly audible with him standing right beside them, but he feels he needs to make clear what he said, which again, is the opposite of what it should be. IOW, they could hear him perfectly fine if they understood english, but it's Arthur and team they might not be able to hear, since they're behind a wall, but yet understand English. You can see how this is messed up, but maybe it was all intentional to add to general Phython chaos?
