Ive been seperated for over 7 years married a woman right out of rehab ( unevenly yoked and alot of other things) we had a child together held on not going to church but maybe a dozen times in 10 years. I was faught ever step of the way on everything i held on with everything i had i thought i was going to convince her to show her a better life convince her to give her heart to Christ. Through it all i raised our daugther to be tough, Lord forgive me was i ever wrong. Now over seven years seperated i had nothing else left i was completely destroyed in everyway you could imagine. Went through a lengthy battle for custody (4 years) God gave me custody . Now 6 years later i have a daughter that hates me, never even had time to grieve my marriage grieve anything. So much i could write but i wont. But hearing this song its been soo many years since i cried i cant remember how many. Its still not all out and gone. But i wanna just openly say thank you to my savior , my Father my everything that through it all He never gave up on me. All along the way He would remind me hey im still here, and i love you. There is NOTHING this world could EVER offer me to walk away from my Jesus. I pray for all of you that hear this song or read this message to reach out, Jesus has never left your side DONT let anything tell you diffrent. I meet Jesus for the first time when i was 5 years old. Every since my world has been a roller coaster my life was a complete wreck it still is. A failed marriage to someone i had no buisness being with. Theres no one to blame but me i knew better. Now i have a 14year old daughter i have custody of who hates me. But i know through it all God has never changed as broken as i am, through a lifetime of abuse, of every kind drugs ect. God is always there to pick up all the peices. As He gently picks me off the ground He gently whispers lets go my child just alittle while longer . From glory to failure then back again. Whoever is reading this DONT EVER give up, your victory is just around the corner. Gods NOT done with you.
