      Slow cookers all seem to cook at different “low” or “high” temps. You can do this on low overnight if you want, but it only takes a few hours.

    As an avid griller, I've used various types of grills, including the Qstoves+. However, I recently switched to the Asmoke pellet grill, and it has significantly changed my grilling experience.     I've been using the proofing function to great effect in my breadmaking efforts. If you're proofing in a pan, drop a paper towel in the bottom and then add a bit of water to it - that way there's padding between the pan and non-stick surface, and the surface of your bread dough doesn't dry out.

    Great information. I currently have a Treager 570 Pro, which has provided us with some wonderful cooks. However, after watching a different video comparing 6 pellet grills, I became infatuated with the Camp Chef Pro with the smoke box. I don’t need a new grill, but I want one.

    Im no pro but i learned being a line cook in high school to only flip once. You can make well done meat that’s not dry as sand. It’s crazy how many guys claim to be the best and they are squeezing the burgers

    Ground brisket and chuck is best 70/30 mix Real provolone is what Italians use. Toast the buns on grill with butter/ thyme mix Grill onions as well just enough for a golden crisp on edge

      It’s neither. It’s their “red sauce”. It’s not hot though. Very mild but lots of flavor.

      I’ve never owned or used a Yoder. I always try to refrain from commenting on things I have no experience with. I can definitely tell you that the Lone Star is an a$$ kicker though. I use it to this day a few times a month. It’s incredible.
