Displaying captured weapons is a very old tradition. The Romans did this regularly after their campaigns.

bro keeps saying modern equipment but most of the equipment is fuking over 30 yrs old with slight modernization. the abrams Ukraine received where the M1A1 variant was produced from 1986 to 1992. and the bradleys they received are more modern variants such as M2A2 ODS-SA. but you also have to take into account the fact that these are not American troops using these vehicles that were designed for the American war doctrine. they are being used by US-trained Ukrainian soldiers who do not have the same logistics as Americans. you also have to think about how where these vehicles are intended to be used. the M2 Bradley was not designed for front-line combat but rather as a troop transport that could get closer to the front than an unarmored truck. Plus parading the WESTERN vehicles is a way of pushing the message that we are not fighting Ukraine but are fighting all of these NATO members. Also if these vehicles were taken from the battlefield, where they would be loaded onto trains and dragged through mud to get to Moscow how would a melted AK magazine stay right on the hull. and the part at about 12 minutes in which the guy says "You have to compare resources" is hilarious to me seeing that you can't compare anything to anything in Russian right now as the only "NEWS" the Russians hear is from state-owned and operated media. there are no independent journalists in Russia because they all have been locked up by the state for "Spreading false information". let me know your thoughts I'm open to discussion
